Welcome to Adora La Salsa.
Adora la Salsa is the home of salsa in North Cumbria and South West Scotland.
We operate regular dance classes and events in the Carlisle and Dumfries areas.
We teach mainly LA (Los Angeles) cross-body style salsa, but also include
Cuban style salsa, merengue, cha-cha-cha, bachata, rueda and reggeaton.
We will show you the footwork, the moves, Cuban motion, styling and more.
All classes are run on a drop-in basis; you are welcome to join at any time.
We would recommend anyone to give salsa a try,
even (especially) those who claim to have 2 left feet!
We are used to such claims, and will help you find your right foot.
Our aim is always to make salsa FUN for everyone. But it will also
improve your fitness levels, your posture and your self-confidence.
